Pedigrees issues under 'LTO'
USDA-registered breeder. This means the puppies and dogs are kept outside in kennels/runs, INCLUDING puppies. They are NOT raised in a home environment. He is proud of the fact that he is a USDA breeder...and denigrates hobby breeders as having deplorable conditions. Guess he's never visited my house...pristine are my conditions. And there are many other hobby breeders just like myself.
March 25, 2007: Auction of 39 English Toy Spaniels, many of which were pregnant. Claims health problems forced a downsizing yet in April is advertising a litter of puppies for sale. Interesting...downsizing, in the opinion of most people, would not lead to further breedings.

Now, do you think these are the actions of someone wishing to downsize due to health? Absolutely not, this was a chance for him to bring home a lump sum of money for these dogs.
After consultation with some of the buyers, I have been informed that they are all terribly frightened of a normal household environment and are very shy. They have a long road ahead of them. Pity for those who are in the hands of other commercial breeders who will see them as livestock just as Mark Landers does.
